International Shipping

Welcome to Moospace Healing Store! We are an online shop based in Taiwan. Before placing an order, overseas customers are kindly asked to carefully read the following terms and conditions. By placing an order and checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to all the guidelines and policies outlined below.

Currently, we offer international shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia, which can be selected directly during checkout. If you are located in other regions and would like to make a purchase, please contact us first. We will assist you in checking available courier services and shipping fees for your location.

Payment Methods

The international payment service has been resumed as of March 15, 2023. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • Credit Card Payment

    We support international credit card payments through Taiwan’s NewebPay secure payment platform, ensuring safety and reliability. All issuing banks are accepted, with support for VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.

Air courier fees are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make adjustments without prior notice.

  • Chunghwa Post International Airmail Parcel (approx. 5–7 days)

    Shipping starts from NT$240 and is calculated based on the items in your order. The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

    Order Size & Weight Limits:
    Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 6,000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

  • SF Express (approx. 3–5 days) – applicable for orders under NT$5,000

    0.5kg: NT$180 – NT$220
    For each additional 0.5kg: approx. NT$60 – NT$70
    (The above rates are subject to fluctuation based on SF Express official pricing. The actual shipping fee of the day will be displayed at checkout.)

    [Notice] For orders exceeding NT$5,000, SF Express shipping is not available, as it is beyond SF’s insured value coverage. Such orders will be shipped via Chunghwa Post International Airmail Parcel instead.

    Please note: SF Express does not provide insurance coverage for minerals/crystals beyond their value limit. This means loss, damage, or breakage caused during delivery will not be compensated. Although our original policy was to discontinue SF Express service, we still keep it available for customers who prefer this option — but only for orders within NT$5,000.

  • Beyond the above specifications or in case of special circumstances

    If the order’s weight or volumetric size exceeds the above limits, or in the event of special circumstances, or if the courier company updates its shipping policies resulting in additional charges or service termination, we will contact you to adjust your order accordingly.

澳門 (delivery to Macau)

  • Chunghwa Post International Airmail Parcel (approx. 5–7 days)

    Shipping starts from NT$270 and is calculated based on the items in your order. The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

  • SF Express (approx. 3–5 days) – applicable for orders under NT$5,000

    0.5kg：NT$230-NT$270
    For each additional 0.5kg: +NT$70 – NT$80

Extra Fee

  • Applicable Taxes

    If customs duties or related fees are incurred when the product arrives in your country, they shall be borne by the customer.

  • Remote Area Surcharge

    If your address falls within the remote surcharge area designated by the selected courier, an additional fee may apply.

Shipping Schedule

    All crystal and mineral items are in stock. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    For other non-crystal/mineral products, the shipping time will follow the information indicated on the product page. All timeframes are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Delay Notification

    In the event of force majeure factors—such as natural disasters, increased order volume during holidays, or logistics-related issues—that cause shipping delays, our customer service team will promptly notify you to confirm the updated schedule.

Return and Exchange Instructions

For overseas orders, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us. Based on your preference, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.
