Purchase Guidelines

Welcome to Moospace Healing Store. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the following guidelines, which serve as the terms and conditions of our sales agreement. By placing an order, you agree to all of the terms and notices listed below.

Sales Information

All crystal stones are in stock. An order will only be officially confirmed once the checkout process is successfully completed. (If you close the page during checkout, the order will remain in a “Pending Payment” status. You may go to the Member Orders section to complete the payment or cancel the order.) Orders that are confirmed and paid will be shipped within two business days. For orders placed with the convenience store pickup & pay on delivery option, shipment will also be arranged within two business days after the order is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

  • In the Member Area → My Orders section on the website, you can view your orders. The order page will show the shipping status: before shipment it will display “Processing”, and after shipment it will display “Shipped”. Once your order has been shipped, the system will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking number, and the tracking number will also be updated in the My Orders section.

  • Once a product is purchased, it will be removed from the store’s listings. If you would like to revisit the product page of your purchased item, you can do so in the Member Area → My Orders section. On the order page, the product name is displayed as a clickable link that will take you directly to the product page. Alternatively, you can open the Order Confirmation Email we sent you, which also contains links to the product pages of the items you purchased.
  • Currently Available Crystals

    All crystal stones are currently available items. Orders will be shipped within two business days after the order is received.

  • Packaging

    All crystal stones will be securely wrapped with high-density protective bubble wrap and shipped in reinforced, crush-resistant cardboard boxes. Other non-crystal products may include original manufacturer packaging, which may experience minor wear during transit. This is not considered a quality issue—please refrain from placing an order if you are concerned about this.

  • About Size

    All sizes are measured manually. Due to differences in measuring tools and methods, slight discrepancies may occur. Please kindly understand and refer to the actual product as the final standard.

  • About Color Difference

    All product photos are taken of the actual items. Due to differences in lighting, angles, and display screens, slight color variations may occur. Please understand and refer to the actual product as the final standard.

  • Natural Mineral Patterns

    Raw crystal stones naturally come with unique patterns and shapes, such as keyholes, mountain-like markings, internal inclusions like veils or fissures, and other natural textures. They are not polished gemstones with smooth surfaces. Since crystals are considered energetic items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please watch the product video carefully and make your purchase decision with caution.

  • About Crystal Photography

    The photos are taken in a studio environment using professional high color-rendering lighting to capture the crystals as close to their natural appearance as possible. However, Azeztulite and other crystal stones may have reflective surfaces or partially transparent areas that create different refractions depending on the angle and lighting. As a result, in addition to slight color variations that may occur due to differences in display screens, the crystal you receive may also appear with slightly different luster, reflections, refractions, or brightness depending on the lighting conditions of your environment. Please understand that crystals are not opaque, single-color objects, so variations in appearance are natural. We also encourage you to view your crystals under different lighting, as they will reveal many fascinating changes.

  • Ceramic Glass

    Most items are high-temperature fired, and minor variations such as bubbles, black spots, pinholes, indentations, raised points, or uneven glaze may occur. These are normal characteristics, fall within international standards, and are not considered defects. If you cannot accept these natural variations, please do not place an order.

  • Glaze and Decoration

    For ceramic cups and plates with hand-painted designs, slight variations in color or line thickness are unavoidable. For glazed finishes, minor imperfections such as slight glaze skips or uneven coloring may occur. These do not affect functionality or overall appearance.

  • Wrought Iron

    For handcrafted welded iron products, slight unevenness at the joints or minor paint inconsistencies may occur. During production or shipping, light scratches, paint loss, or small black spots may also appear. These do not affect functionality or overall appearance. If you are unable to accept these natural variations, please do not place an order.

  • Fabric and Dyeing

    Most products are made using full-width fabric printing before being cut to size. Due to the cutting process, the print placement may differ slightly from the product photos. In addition, minor details such as loose threads, small knots, slight fraying, or tiny spots may occur. These are normal conditions and not considered defects.

  • Resin Plastic

    Most resin products are machine-molded, and may have mold lines, small spots, or tiny air holes. These are normal results of the production process and are not quality issues. They do not affect functionality. If you are unable to accept these natural variations, please do not place an order.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card Payment

    We support both domestic and international credit cards through the NewebPay (Taiwan Neweb Technologies) payment gateway, ensuring secure and reliable transactions. All issuing banks are accepted, with support for VISA, MasterCard, and JCB card networks.

  • ATM

    We provide virtual account numbers from multiple banks for you to choose from. You may complete your payment via a physical ATM or your online banking transfer service. After payment, the system will automatically verify the transaction, so there is no need to manually report your payment.

  • Convenience Store Pickup & Pay on Delivery

    We offer both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores for pickup and payment. If you fail to pick up and pay for your package within the designated time, and the package is returned twice, your right to use the Convenience Store Pickup & Pay on Delivery option will be revoked. Should you continue to select this option at checkout, your order will be canceled.

Shipping Fee

If the weight or size of your purchased items exceeds the limits allowed for convenience store pickup, or if the order amount exceeds the store’s insurance coverage, only postal or home delivery options will be available at checkout.Free shipping on orders over NT$2,000 (limited to Taiwan’s main island and selected offshore islands).

    7-ELEVEN (Selected Offshore Islands): NT$65 per order
    FamilyMart Pickup (Selected Offshore Islands): NT$100 per order

    Order Size & Weight Limits:
    (1). Length + Width + Height ≤ 105 cm
    (2). Package dimensions must not exceed 45cm × 30cm × 30cm, with the longest side ≤ 45 cm and the other two sides ≤ 30 cm.
    (3). Total weight must be within 5 kg.

  • Postal Parcel (within 5 kg)

    Taiwan Main Island (Standard Temperature): NT$70 per order (Length + Width + Height ≤ 60 cm)
    Offshore Islands (Standard Temperature): NT$100 per order (Length + Width + Height ≤ 60 cm)

  • Postal Parcel (5 kg – 10 kg)

    Taiwan Main Island (Standard Temperature): NT$90 per order (Length + Width + Height ≤ 90 cm)
    Offshore Islands (Standard Temperature): NT$125 per order (Length + Width + Height ≤ 90 cm)

Shipping Schedule

  • Shipping Schedule

    All crystal stones are in stock and will be shipped within two business days after payment is completed. For non-crystal products, the shipping schedule will follow the timeline indicated on the product page. All days are counted as business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Delay Notification

    In the event of force majeure factors—such as natural disasters, increased order volume during holidays, or logistics-related issues—that cause shipping delays, our customer service team will promptly notify you to confirm the updated schedule.

  • Convenience Store Pickup Timeframe

    Once your package arrives at the convenience store, please make sure to pick it up within the time limit specified by the store. The convenience store cannot make exceptions to extend the holding period for your package.

  • Convenience Store Overdue Return

    If you fail to pick up your package within the designated timeframe at the convenience store and it is returned to Moospace, any shipping costs incurred—whether for the return or for resending the order—will be borne by you.

Invoice Information

[ Cloud Electronic Invoices Available Starting from November 1, 2024 ]

Our cloud electronic invoice system has been fully integrated. Starting today, all invoices will be issued through the third-party Ezpay Cloud Electronic Invoice Service. On the checkout page, you can choose between Personal Electronic Invoice, Company Electronic Invoice, or Donation.

If you choose a Personal Electronic Invoice, you may enter your electronic invoice carrier information directly. If you do not have a personal carrier (such as a mobile barcode or Citizen Digital Certificate), you may use the Ezpay Member Carrier, and Ezpay will notify you according to regulations in the event of a winning invoice. If you need a Company Electronic Invoice, please select this option and provide your company name and tax ID number. Ezpay will issue the invoice with your company tax ID and send it to you by email.


Electronic invoices are issued after the order is confirmed and the shipment is completed. Once your order has been shipped, the system will send you both a shipping notification email and an invoice issuance notification.

 

[Operating Method Before Nov. 2024] Based on each order, a two-copy invoice was issued and stored under our membership system. In case of a winning lottery invoice, it would be sent to the customer. If you required a physical invoice directly, or an invoice issued with a company tax ID, you had to fill in the relevant fields or remark section before placing the order. Once the order was confirmed, no changes were allowed. If you had requested a physical invoice, it would be included in the package. — This service has been discontinued, and the description is retained only for past customers’ reference.

Return and Exchange Instructions

In order to protect consumers, the Consumer Protection Act grants the right of a seven-day cooling-off period for online shopping (with certain exceptions, such as crystals, minerals, and other energy-related items sold on this site). We will, of course, comply with the law, but we kindly ask that you carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy to ensure mutual understanding. In addition, while this regulation protects consumers, excessive returns may still cause losses to the seller. Although the government has not provided protective clauses for businesses, we take the perspective of mutual benefit and kindly ask consumers to evaluate carefully before making a purchase and avoid impulsive shopping. In line with our principle of integrity, all of our products are presented with detailed descriptions, high-resolution photos, videos, and considerate reminders. This is intended to help you fully review the items and understand their details, so you can confirm whether they are suitable for you, thereby reducing the rate of returns.

  • Reduce Carbon Emissions

    At Moospace, our hope to reduce the return rate is not merely for business considerations. Each return requires additional packaging materials, as well as logistics involving manpower and fuel, which results in significant carbon emissions and a depletion of Earth’s resources and environment. Since green logistics and a circular economy are not yet fully implemented in Taiwan, it is impossible to live without goods. However, within our means, we can carefully evaluate our needs, respect our purchases, and reduce negative impacts on the environment — this is something we can all strive to do.

To prevent fraud, please be aware:

Moospace will never call you to request that you go to an ATM to cancel any settings, nor will we ever ask for the customer service number printed on the back of your credit card. If you receive a phone call from someone pretending to be Moospace customer service or a bank representative, claiming that your order amount requires installment payments, that a payment has failed, or that you need to change your payment method, and they ask you to provide bank account details (unless you are requesting a refund and did not pay by credit card at the time of purchase), credit card information, or to perform an ATM transfer/remittance — please stay alert and vigilant!

For all order shipment updates or in special situations where we need to contact you, Moospace will always notify you by email only. (If you have reached out to us proactively via FB Messenger or our official LINE account, we will reply through those channels.) We will not call you by phone or use any other messaging apps to contact you. Therefore, please make sure to provide the correct email address. Any communication outside of the above-mentioned channels should be disregarded.

If your order encounters a special situation that requires a response from you, we will first contact you via email. Only if we cannot reach you through email will we send you an SMS message. Please note that we will never ask you to provide any personal financial information under any circumstances.
